Getting started

Install

Install the desktop app on Mac, Windows or Linux, or run AgentsCircle from source.

Desktop app

Download the installer for your computer:

• Mac (Apple Silicon, M1 and later): AgentsCircle-mac-arm64.dmg. Signed and notarized. Requires macOS 12 or later.
• Mac (Intel): AgentsCircle-mac-x64.dmg. Signed and notarized. Requires macOS 12 or later.
• Windows: AgentsCircle-Setup-Windows.exe. One installer for Intel and ARM PCs. Requires Windows 10 or later.
• Linux: AgentsCircle-Linux.AppImage. Make it executable with chmod +x, then run it.

Older versions and release notes are on the releases page.

The app updates itself. Choose the Stable or Beta channel in Settings → About.

On first launch AgentsCircle checks which agent CLIs you have and offers to install the missing ones with their official installers.

From source

You need Node.js 22 or later.

git clone https://github.com/haythamat/agentscircle
cd agentscircle && npm install

Then either start the desktop app:

npm run app

or run it in your browser:

npm start

With npm start the app is served at http://localhost:4317.

Where your data lives

Sessions, settings and history are stored in ~/.agentscircle on your computer. Updates never touch this folder.

If you used the app under its old name, AgentRoom, your data is copied from ~/.agentroom on first start. The old folder is left as it was.
