Multiple accounts and auto-switch

Use several accounts per tool and switch automatically at a usage limit.

Several accounts per tool

Add as many accounts for each tool as you have in Settings → Agents and accounts. Each appears as its own chip, for example @claude · work and @claude · personal.

Accounts are checked for real

An account is only marked working after AgentsCircle has run it once, with a one-word reply. A signed-in file on disk is not enough.

Sign in from the app

If an account is signed out, click Log in. It opens Anthropic's or OpenAI's sign-in page in your browser. No Terminal needed.

Auto-switch

When an account hits its usage limit, AgentsCircle reruns the same message on another account of the same tool. A note appears in the thread:

@claude (personal) hit its limit; continuing on @claude (work). Resets 3:40 PM

The limited account rests until its reset time. The time is read from the error message; if it can't be read, the account rests for one hour.

If OpenAI refuses Codex's default model for your plan, AgentsCircle picks a model your account accepts and reruns the message.

Turn it off

Switch off auto-switch in Settings → Agents and accounts.
